At Power-Up we provide a variety of classes that are sure to help you obtain your FITNESS GOALS and take you to the NEXT LEVEL! Our instructors provide close attention to each member and are excited to be a part of your fitness journey.
All of our classes are designed for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, and we will provide modifications if necessary.
This empowering workout is a combination of POWER-UP KICKBOXING and Bootcamp smashed together! It takes components of each workout and puts them together into an amazing flow.
YOU MUST HAVE GLOVES FOR THIS CLASS.

This is our version of a Tabata style class. You will be working for a specific number of seconds then a short rest, just enough to start another round. You will be utilizing hand weights, body weight, bands, and certain body movements to ensure you get an amazing workout and get your heart rate up and on fire!
If you want to feel those muscles working, this is the class for you! Barre Burn will focus on small muscle movements increasing strength while elongating your muscles. Barre Burn is an excellent way to tone, tighten, and strengthen those muscles.
This is an amazing workout for sure! Total body work, with emphasis on arms, core, legs, and glutes utilizing barbell weights, bands, dumbbells, weighted balls, kettlebells, etc. Shred & Lift is a fat burning, muscle strengthening, body tightening workout that will leave you with a great sense of accomplishment. Such a fun class working your entire body head to toe!

This is a heart pounder for sure. We mix our state of the art Power-Up Kickboxing classes, with our Fat Burning Muscle strengthening Shred& Lift class and you have a mix that will no doubt have your body working to it's FULLEST POTENTIAL.

In Power-Up Bootcamp Stations, prepare for the unexpected. Each session has it's own unique challenge, never repeating the same routine. You’ll work through stations using functional equipment to boost your aerobic and muscular fitness. Burning fat and strengthening your body with a workout that will build that No Quit Attitude.
