POWER-UP KICKBOXING STARTED IN 2015 and is a team of professional, passionate, certified instructors who believe that everyone has the Inner Power and ability to lead strong, healthy lives. The POWER-UP TEAM has one purpose in mind: to offer high energy workouts and build a NO-QUIT mentality!
Power-Up Kickboxing also offers Group X classes, which include: Bootcamps, Shred and Lift, Tabata, Strength Training, HIIT Box and Burn, Power Up Mash Up (which is a mix of strength training and kickboxing) and Barre Burn.
All of our classes are great for Beginners who are looking to get themselves back into shape, or for those Advanced fitness enthusiasts who just love to workout and are looking for a challenge.

Power-Up Kickboxing class is where you can be the fighter you have always wanted to be. These classes are designed to build your cardio, strength, agility, and coordination while also providing a full body workout.
WARM-UP:
Get ready to Unleash Your Inner Fighter at Power-Up Kickboxing! Class starts with mobility drills, simple calisthenics, and then ramps up into some HIIT training with strength, speed, and plyometrics to get your heart rate pumping.
BAG ROUNDS:
No two classes are the same. Our instructors will put you through different full body exercises and kickboxing combinations using Punches, Kicks, Knees, and Elbows. You can expect 10 / 3 minute rounds while utilizing a bag and relieving that daily stress and having the time of your life while getting in amazing shape.
Our instructors will guide you through every workout, they will work with you individually to make sure you are using proper form and technique. You control your own pace and intensity. This workout is great for beginners or advanced. Let the music and energy in the room keep you pumped up, building your Inner Power and asking for more.
COOL DOWN:
You've given it your all, and now it's time to cool down and stretch those hard-working muscles. Our cool-down segment is designed to help you recover faster, reduce the risk of injury, and improve flexibility. Class Registration & Arrival
All classes require a reservation. You may register for a class 3 days in advance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get properly set up.
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Once inside, you must check in at the front desk on our tablet. If it's your first time, an instructor will be there to welcome you and set you up for your class.
Download our Suppersaas app, create a username and password and make a reservation.

Late-Cancellations / No-Shows
We have a 2-hour cancellation period. You may cancel your class reservation 2 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 2 hours of the class reservation or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $20.
Waitlist
If you are on a class waitlist, you will receive an automated email if a spot becomes available. At this point, you will be automatically added to the class roster and the normal cancellation/no-show policy is in effect.
If you get moved into a class off the waitlist and do not attend, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee. You are responsible for checking your status until 30 minutes before the class. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty.
Footwear
You can either be barefoot or wear socks in class. We have a matted floor that is very comfortable on your feet. We have cubbies that you can put your personal belongings in while you are in class. We are not responsible for your belongings. Please remember to take everything with you when you leave after class.
Cell Phone Usage
Out of respect for everyone around you, we do not permit cell phone use in class. Consider the class an appointment for yourself…and only yourself. Enjoy the time to disconnect!

3 Days in advance

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class to allow yourself enough time to sign in and get set up. Once you arrive, you must sign in on the front desk tablet. If it is your first class with us, you will be greeted at the desk by the instructor and they will get you all set up. Feel free to ask a staff member for help if you have problems.
You want to wear comfortable gym type clothing that is flexible and allows you to move freely. You do not need any specific footwear as you are either barefoot or in socks on our mats. We have very comfortable matting on our floors which provides less impact on your body and the ability to grip the floor easier.
The only thing you need to bring with you is water. If you have your own boxing gloves you can definitely bring them with you. If you have signed up for a trial, you will receive your gloves when you arrive to class. Lastly, bring a positive attitude and get ready to have fun.
